The Smartsheet automation system replaced a manual process of searching for expired releases of information with an automatic system that informed the relevant case management staff when their client’s ROI was within fourteen days of expiring. This solution satisfied our compliance department as it proved to be scalable far beyond our current caseload and enabled us to maintain a 95% document compliance rate.
